Do your products run true to size?

Yes our products are true to size based on the size chart provided. If you're between sizes we recommend sizing up for a comfy fit.

Do you offer customization?

If you would like a particular design on a different color or any other apparel we offer, please contact us on WhatsApp. For any custom print the design must be provided by you.

How do I track my order?

All orders are fulfilled in 2-4 days after we receive them. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a live tracking link with estimated date of delivery via SMS & E-mail. 

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

For prepaid orders, we are unable to cancel orders after it's been placed. However we are happy to modify your order if contacted within 2 hours.

COD orders that have not been shipped, can be cancelled by contacting our customer care.

Can I modify my order after it has been placed?

We can modify sizes/color/address of your order within 2 hours of your order date. No modifications can be made after that. 

How secured is my payment information?

We accept online payments via Razorpay, an industry leading, safe and secure payments processor that accepts all credit and debit cards, UPI, Wallets. We will soon be adding more online payment methods. 

We use the industry standard encryption protocol to protect your information from unauthorized use or disclosure.

All confidential data, such as payment information, is encrypted and transmitted through a secure channel using SSL encryption.

Should any unauthorized charges appear on your credit/ debit card or bank account as a result of shopping with www.provokestore.com, please notify your credit card provider or bank in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Please note that Provoke Store will never ask a customer to confirm any account or credit details via email. If you receive an email claiming to be from us asking you to do so, do not respond and contact our customer care team immediately.
