Shipping policy

Timeline 

As soon as your order is verified, it is processed and shipped within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

After your order has been shipped, delivery is done within 2-4 days. From the time the order is placed you can expect it to be with you in 5-7 business days.

For express shipping, your order will arrive in 3-5 business days after order placement.

Note: Orders may arrive in different shipments if you have ordered multiple items in a single order.

Delivery time may vary incase of postal service problems, holidays, natural calamities, availability of stock, government regulations etc. 

Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, you will be sent a correspondence containing the Shipping Partner's name and their tracking ID in your registered email id & phone number.

We partner with the best shipping companies like Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, etc to get your orders delivered in the fastest possible way.

Non - Delivery 

Our delivery executives attempt a delivery for a maximum of 3 times. Please enter all your shipping details correctly. After 3 unsuccessful attempts the order will be returned to us.

Note: All prepaid orders are final. Refused packages or packages returned due to incorrect shipping details won’t be refunded. A returned order can be reshipped free of cost upon request within 30 days of return to our warehouse.

International Orders

All orders outside India are shipped via DHL Express and will be delivered in 5-7 business days. Tracking link will be provided once the order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Flat Rate: â‚č3500 (Free for orders over €150)

The shipping fee or order total does not include customs & duties, and this will be charged accordingly by customs in your own country, based on the order value of your shipment.
