Returns & Exchanges

Our returns & exchanges policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or an exchange.

Returns

We offer returns only if an item received is misprinted, damaged or defective. In such cases please contact us via email at support@provokestore.com and we will get in touch with you immediately. Note that your issue must be supported with a video. In such cases we will send you a free replacement, full refund or store credits whatever you prefer. In case of a refund, it will reflect within 10-14 business days to your bank account. There is no reverse pickup charge for returns.

No returns or refund requests will be done due to change of mind. All fabric and print details are mentioned in detail in all of our product pages. Please go through the descriptions before making a purchase.

We will not be responsible if you do not follow the wash care guide and the print gets washed off or faded. Please refer to the wash care instructions mentioned in the product descriptions.

All prepaid orders require an OTP at the time of delivery. Do not share any OTP details to the delivery agent without accepting the order or confirming it was handed over to someone you know. We will not be responsible if you share OTP details before receiving the order and the order is marked as delivered. No refunds will be done is such cases. 

Exchanges

To initiate an exchange please send us an email at support@provokestore.com along with your order number, size(s) purchased and size(s) requested. Product(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the tag must be attached.

There is a reverse pickup and restocking charge of â‚č150/item for all exchanges which needs to paid online via a payment link, which will be sent to you after the exchanged is confirmed.

Note: Your exchange order will only be shipped after your original order is returned which takes up to 10-12 business days.


Conditions:

  • Exchange is available only on different sizes of the same product. If you require an oversized fit of the same design, the price difference will be added to the exchange charge.
  • Exchange can only be done once.
  • Reverse pickup for exchanges will be attempted a maximum of 3 times. If for any reason, the pickup fails after the 3rd attempt, the exchange request will be automatically cancelled.
