Returns & Exchanges
Our returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or an exchange.
We offer returns only if an item received is misprinted, damaged, defective or lost in transit. In such cases please contact us via email at email@example.com and we will get in touch with you immediately. Note that your issue must be supported with a video. In such cases we will send you a free replacement, full refund or store credits whatever you prefer. In case of a refund, it will reflect within 10-14 business days to your bank account. There is no reverse pickup charge for returns.
We will not be responsible if you do not follow the wash care guide and the print gets washed off or faded. Please refer to the wash care instructions mentioned in the product descriptions.
If you would prefer items in another size or color, please just return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order. We will initiate reverse pick-up. After your original item(s) reach our warehouse, we will process your refund less a reverse pickup and restocking charge of ₹150 per item to your original payment method.
